Flipped - Week 1

When Jesus showed up on the scene, the Jews were looking to God to free them from political Roman rule, however, He had so much more planned. Jesus came to free us from sin & death; by beginning to transform our hearts and  minds towards His Kingdom and His ways.  Jesus taught that His followers would be totally opposite of other "Religious" followers of the day.  This first "Flip" was in the attitude of humility instead of Pride which results with the inheritance of the kingdom of heaven. Let's look back at this Sermon on the Mount and find out what Christ is calling us to be in the times we find ourselves in today.
